2. Not Legal Advice

The services provided by CaseBuilder are limited to document preparation, organization, and drafting assistance. Nothing on this platform constitutes legal advice. No attorney-client relationship is formed by your use of this software or any communication with CaseBuilder staff. If you require legal advice, consult a licensed immigration attorney in your jurisdiction.

3. No Guarantee of Outcome

CaseBuilder does not guarantee approval of any immigration petition, visa, or other government benefit. USCIS and other government agencies make all decisions independently. Past outcomes do not predict future results.

4. Your Responsibility

You are responsible for:

  • Reviewing all AI-generated documents for accuracy before filing
  • Ensuring all information you provide is truthful and complete

5. Attorney Review Services

Where attorney review is offered, such services are provided by independent licensed attorneys under separate engagement agreements. CaseBuilder facilitates the introduction only. The reviewing attorney is solely responsible for any legal services they provide. Attorney fees are separate from CaseBuilder software fees.

6. Data and Privacy

Your documents are processed to provide the software services you requested. We do not retain your documents after analysis is complete. We do not share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. We do not use your case materials to train AI models. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.

7. No Affiliation with Government

CaseBuilder is not affiliated with USCIS, the Department of Homeland Security, the Department of State, or any U.S. government agency.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CaseBuilder's liability for any claim arising from use of this software is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
